Prof. Dr. Çingiz Abdullayev presented his works on traces of Turks in Europe and various parts of the world during a talk organized by our Faculty on Thursday, October 8, at 2:00 p.m. Moderated by Assistant Professor Dr. Cumhur Bekar, the event—titled “Heritage Beyond Borders: Turkish Identity Across Geographies”—highlighted the shared cultural traces of the Turkish world that endure beyond its own borders. At the conclusion of the talk, our faculty dean, Prof. Dr. Bilal Çakıcı, and Dr. Cumhur Bekar, a faculty member of the History Department, presented certificates of appreciation to Prof. Dr. Çingiz Abdullayev. The event concluded with the participation of academics and students interested in the Turkic world.
