ASBU Young Writers Community organized an Editorial and Proofreading Training Seminar at the end of the Editorial and Proofreading Education Seminar.

Editorial and Proofreading Training Seminars took place on 06.06.23 in Sümerbank Chamber.

The seminar started with the opening speech of their supervisor Prof. Dr. Münire Kevser Baş. Publication editors from Bilgi Sarmal Publications and teachers from the Board of Education gave speeches and then answered their questions. 

Many questions about the difference between editing and proofreading, how to draw an editorial path, and what this training contributed to them were answered.

The relevant professors gave the participation certificates of the Editorial and Proofreading Training and the seminar was closed. 

They expressed their gratitude to their esteemed supervisor Prof. Dr. Münire Kevser Baş, who was the conductor of this training, and then to Dr. Nurseli Gamze Korkmaz and Research Assistant Mustafa Gençler who contributed to the training, and then to Ümit Baraklıoğlu, Özlem Şimşek Eser, Hilal Akdoğan and Sevde Nur Bekar who made seminar speeches.
