Our faculty member of the Department of Anthropology, Assistant Prof. Emine Sökmen ADALI participated as a speaker in the conference titled ‘Urban Dynamics in Roman Anatolia’.


Assistant Professor Emine Sökmen Adalı, Department of Anthropology of our faculty, participated in the conference titled "Urban Dynamics in Roman Anatolia: Investigating the emergence and development of the Roman City in North-Central Anatolia" held at Middle East Technical University on 21-22 February 2025 with her talk titled "Who built the Dam? Roman Hydraulic Engineering and the Örükaya Dam in North-Central Anatolia" and shared her studies on the Örükaya Roman Dam within the scope of her research project.
